Non-Stripping: The welded worm housing increases the breaking torque by 60%. Our hose clamp screw is big with deep thread. The band is non-perforated, thick and wide to prevent deforming if there is over-torque. These hose clamps are high-pressure to provide superior clamping force and safe sealing.
Non-Metric Sizes: The slotted screw clamp hex head is 5/16". Use either screwdriver or nut driver for quick tightening. The British diameter is marked on band surface for fast identification when using. No metric sizes mixing!
Protect Your Hose: The rolled band edge design is to prevent cutting into soft silicone, pvc or rubber hoses. The non-perforated band prevents it from extruding through the band notches. Our worm gear hose clamps are more reliable for garden water line tubing, heater pipe and automotive repair.
Hose Clamps Stainless Steel: The screw, buckle housing and band are all made of real 304 SS. The neutral salt spray test is 100 hours. With the superior corrosion resistance performance, our metal clamps can be used in indoor and outdoor places.
Widely Used: These tubing clamps are suitable for fuel line gas line, vehicle, radiator, heater, water line plumbing and marine applications. Please measure the pipe OD so that the correct sizes will be purchased.
Note: The screw is made of stainless steel 304 as well. Its surface is zinc plated to prevent metal grinding and micro welding when the clamp is torqued at high speed and heat is generated. It is for smooth worm drive. Please do not judge it is carbon steel due to color. All 304 SS should be emphasized.

Generally speaking, the outer packaging are conventional export kraft cartons, we can also provide printed cartons according to customer requirements: white, black or color printing can be.
