The maximum service temperature for the locknut is 250° (F).
T-bolt clamps are made of Stainless steel series, the T-bolt can be carbon steel or stainless steel.
The usage of it:
- Performance & Race Cars: Turbocharger piping, intercooler connections, oil cooler lines, where boost pressure and engine vibration are extreme.
- Industrial Machinery: Hydraulic lines, pneumatic systems, and pump connections subject to constant vibration.
- Marine Applications: Engine coolant and exhaust hose connections where corrosion resistance (use stainless steel clamp and nut) and vibration resistance are key.
- Aerospace & Aviation: Fluid systems where failure from vibration is not an option.

The T-Bolt provides the brute strength and even sealing force, while the Nylon Insert Locknut provides the intelligence to keep that force applied indefinitely, despite harsh conditions.
In essence, you are combining the best clamping mechanism with the best locking mechanism. This solves the two biggest failure points of hose connections:
Insufficient/uneven clamp force (solved by the T-bolt).
Loss of clamp force over time (solved by the locknut).
This is why it's the preferred choice wherever a leak or failure would result in downtime, damage, danger, or expense.
Packing Process
Box packaging: We provide white boxes, black boxes, kraft paper boxes, color boxes and plastic boxes, can be designed and printed according to customer requirements.
Transparent plastic bags are our regular packaging, we have self-sealing plastic bags and ironing bags, can be provided according to customer needs, of course, we can also provide printed plastic bags, customized according to customer needs.
Generally speaking, the outer packaging are conventional export kraft cartons, we can also provide printed cartons according to customer requirements: white, black or color printing can be. In addition to sealing the box with tape, we will pack the outer box, or set woven bags, and finally beat the pallet, wooden pallet or iron pallet can be provided.
