This mini hose clamp is a device for attaching a hose to fittings
They are consisting of stainless steel bands and screws.
The clamp is provided in a narrow space between the band and the restraint screw and is placed around the hose or tube to be connected.
When you turn the screw, pull the band thread and tighten the band around the hose.

1. SHAPING
Once the sheets of silicone have been prepared, they are then sleeved around the tooling. This process is replicated a number of times depending upon on the number of plys of polyester reinforcement the particular hose requires.

2. BRANDING

3. WRAPPING
The wrapping process involves wrapping tape around each hose ensuring the hose is fully covered. This wrap gives the hose its final appearance whereby you see the crossover in wrap lines and also a high gloss finish.

4. CURING
All our hoses are vulcanised. At high temperature all hoses are placed into a static oven typically around 4 hours. Once this process has been completed and the ovens cooled, the fully formed hoses are removed at which point the metal tooling and wrap are removed.

5. TRIMMING
Each hose end is affixed to a lathe, at high speed using a sharp blade each hose is then trimmed to give a sharp clean finish.
